Kathmandu, Nepal: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has underlined the need of institutionalizing the federal democratic system and the implementation of the constitution to achieve the goal of prosperity and stability in the country.
The country has entered into the era of stability and prosperity after successful conclusion of three tiers of elections, which is need to be institutionalized, President Bhandari said while addressing the joint assembly of federal parliament on Thursday.
During her address she also underlined the need of maintaining diplomatic relations with neighboring countries for the prosperity of the nation.
