Kathmandu, Nepal, Dec 10, 2019: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has on Tuesday summoned the winter session of the Federal Parliament for December 20.
The president summoned the parliament session at the recommendation of the cabinet as per the article 93 (1) of the constitution, states the press statement issued from the President's Office.
As per the press statement, the winter session of both houses, the House of Representatives and National Assembly will be convening at New Baneshwor-based International Convention Centre at 4 pm on December 20.
