Kathmandu, Nepal, April 7, 202: Advocate Gobinda Prasad Sharma (Koirala), who is popularly known as Gobinda Bandi, has been appointed as the minister for law, justice and parliamentary affairs. 


Prime Minister Deuba has appointed Bandi as new cabinet minister on Thursday as part of his plan to reshuffle the cabinet. It is said that he is going to reshuffle incumbent cabinet.  

Newly appointed Bandi replaced law minister Dilendra Badhu. It is said is being appointed as minister for Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies. The ministry has remained vacant for months.  

As Bandi is not a member of parliament, he would remain in the post just for six months, thanks to the constitutional provision.
