Kathmandu, Nepal, October 27, 2022: Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba did not partake in the Bhaitika rituals this year as is mourning the death of his younger brother, Prem Bahadur.
As there is a general practice that no one can participate in festivals and other rituals programs throughout a year since the death of one's close family member within one year, he did not partake in the Bhaitika rituals this year.
