Biratnagar, Nepal: Province 1 held its first Provincial Assembly meeting in Biratnagar on Monday.
The meeting was chaired by the senior most-member Om Prakash Sarawagi.
The meeting has endorsed an interim province assembly regulation procedure-2074 BS and fixed the date of February 12 to elect the speaker.
