Kathmandu, Nepal, March 18, 2019: Parliamentary proceeding of the House of Representatives is obstructed by the Rastriya Janata Party Nepal (RJPN) for the third time on Monday.
The Madhes based party, which has recently withdrawn support given to the incumbent government, has been obstructing the parliament demanding publicize the report of the Girish Chandra Lal Commission on the Madhes protest.
Speaking in the parliament, party's presidium member Anil Jha raised question over the government’s indecision to their demands to publicize the report of the Girish Chandra Lal Commission on the Madhes protest.
We will not let function the parliament unless the government publishes the report, Jha said.
