Kathmandu, Nepal: The Supreme Court (SC), the Apex Court of the country, has on Wednesday ordered the government not to relieve General Manager (GM) of Gorkhapatra Corporation Basanta Prakash Upadhyaya from the post.
The government had decided to do so through the cabinet meeting on Sunday.
Responding to a writ filed by Upadhyaya, a single bench of Justice Ishwar Khatiwada issued the order against the government's decision not to relive him from the post.
