Kathmandu, Nepal: The Second Constitution Amendment Bill has been tabled in the Parliament on Monday.
Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Ajaya Shankar Nayak tabled the bill in the parliament on behalf of the government.
The bill is tabled on the basis of the cabinet decision on Sunday and the understanding reached between the ruling parties and the agitating Federal Alliance on Saturday.
