West Hartford: Nepali music scenes upcoming artist Shweta Punjali today held a live performance at a cultural programme organized to celebrate the Hindu festival Dashain in Connecticut state of the United States of America. 
 
The songs performed by Shweta were 'Kasto Bhet and Haraunchu Ma from her album Udaan and two songs from her upcoming album' Aau Na Aau and Maile Palasha. 
 
This was the exclusive preview for "Maile Palasha" which will feature in Shweta's second album. Maile Palasha has been written by noted writer Viplob Pratik and the music composed by master composer Nhyoo Bajracharya. 
 
The live performance was a part of a cultural programme organized by the Nepalese Association of Connecticut that also featured song and dance performances by local artists as well as performances by noted Nepali singer Babu Bogati and famous Nepali comedian Gopal Nepal, famous for his portrayal of Fiste. 
 
The audience, numbering about 500, comprised members of the Nepali community in Connecticut and nearby states, officials from the Consulate of Nepal in New York as well as members of various community organizations.
