Kathmandu, Nepal, June 22, 2021: The Supreme Court(SC) has canceled the recent expansion of cabinet.
Responding to the writ petition filed by senior advocate Dinesh Tripathi a bench comprising of Chief Justice Cholendra Shamser Rana and Prakash Kumar Dhungana passed the verdict to this effect.
With the decion, nine ministers appointed from the Mahanta Thakur led faction of the Janata Samajbadi Party have been removed from the post.
