Kathmandu, Nepal: Supreme Court (SC) of Nepal has on Thursday directed its own administration officials to present a report for not registering a complaint against outgoing Chief Justice (CJ) Gopal Prasad Parajuli.
A single bench of Justice Hari Krishna Karki directed the court administration to table a report with specific reason for refusing to register a complaint against outgoing CJ Parajuli.
The Court administration had refused to register the complaint attempted to file by Manoj Adhikari against former Chief Justice (CJ) Parajuli citing lack of evidences.
Adhikari had tried to file a contempt of court against Parajuli for issuing a death threat to senior advocate Surendra Bhandari over phone.
