Kathmandu, Nepal, August 25, 2022: The ruling five-party alliance has decided to study to study the situation in all electoral constituencies of the country so as to reach on conclusion over division of seats in the upcoming federal and provincial assembly elections scheduled for November 20,2022.
A meeting of the alliance held on Thursday at the Prime Minister's residence in Baluwatar instructed the task force to present the report by studying the situation in 165 electoral constituencies of the country.
Though the five party alliance of the incumbent government had already reached on conclusion to forge electoral alliance, no decision is made yet over the division of seats, thanks to the differences over the division of seats.
The taskforce formed under the leadership of Nepali Congress leader Krishna Sitaula has done nothing about the division of seats but forwarded the responsibilities to the top leaders to take decision to this effect.
