Kathmandu, Nepal, Aug 18: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that there is no possibility of restoration of the monarchy in the country even though the ‘reactionary’ forces have raised their head for the same.
Prime Minister Oli said so while addressing the House of Representatives on Sunday. The dissolved monarchy will not be revived even as some forces are attempting to restore the monarchy, Oli said hinting to the recent activities of the in favor of the monarchy and against of the incumbent government.
The abolished monarchy cannot revive because it is also it is an ill-time to talk about reviving the monarchy, he said. All the democratic forces of the country would not let allow raising the head of reactionary force, he said.
During his address he also hinted to retain in power for five year full term.
