Kathmandu, Nepal, April 22, 2020: Three new patients have tested positive for novel corona virus (COVID-19) on Wednesday. With the three new number of COIVD-19 patients, total number of COVID-19 infected persons have reached 45 in Nepal.
According to Dr Bikash Devkota, the spokesperson at the Ministry of Health and Population, three males of 24, 60 and 72 years of ages have tested positive for the VOVID-19 in Udayapur District.
Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test made in Dharan-based BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences (BPKIHS) have confirmed for the COVID-19, Devkota said during a regular press conference on Wednesday.
So far, 5 patients had returned home after recovery
