Bajura, July 19, 2019: At least two persons lost their lives and a dozen others sustained injuries when a passenger jeep met with an accident at Bhuwa Khola along the Karnali corridor in Jagannath Rural Municipality- 5 of Bajura district on Friday.
According to the police, the deceased have been identified as jeep driver Ramesh Bogati, 27 of Tikapur Municipality-4 in Kailali district and Ram Bahadur Shahi, 25 of Khatyad Rural Municipality-6, Mugu.
The ill-fated jeep with registration number Ka 1 Ja 21 that was en route from Piluchaur to Kalikot plunged about 50 meters below the road.
