Kathmandu, Nepal, November6, 2020: : Visiting Chief of Indian Army General MM Naravane paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli at latter’s official resident, Baluwatar, Kathmandu on Friday.
During the meeting, the duo discussed on ranges of issues including the issues related to the bilateral relations between the two neighboring countries. It is believed that his visit to Nepal would help to mention the souring relationship between the two countries.
Navarane had arrived here in Kathmandu on Wednesday for three day visit at the invitation of his Nepali counterpart Chief of Army Staff General Purna Chandra Thapa.
Yesterday, he was decorated with the honorary rank of General of Nepali Army by President Bidya Devi Bhandari.
