Katmandu, Nepal, July 29, 2020: Nepal’s coronavirus infection tally has reached to 19,273 on Wednesday after 210 new cases recovered in the past 24 hours.   

According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), 210 new cases of the coronavirus confirmed while conducting tests of 6,037 specimens through PCR method across the nation in the last 24 hours.

Among the newly identified 210 new cases, 15 have been reported from Kathmandu Valley. 

Coronavirus infection cases has steady been increasing in Katmandu, the capital city of the country, after government eased the lockdown allowing people to move freely from one place to another.  

Briefing about the new development of coronavirus, spokesperson for the MoHP Dr. Jagehowr Gautam said that there are 5,203 active cases of infection across the country.
