Kathmandu, Nepal, March 23, 2020: A person has been tested positive of coronavirus (COVID-19) in Kathmandu, Nepal. According to the Minister for Health Bhanu Bhakta Dhakal, a 19-year-old girl has been tested of COVID-19 positive.
She has been admitted at Sukraraj Tropical & Infectious Disease Hospital since four days. It is said that she had returned to Nepal from France via Qatar five days ago.
The girl has been kept in an isolation ward at the hospital. Earlier, she was kept in isolation at her own home. It is said that other family members of the infected girl have also been kept in isolation at their homes.
