Kathmandu, Nepal: An all-party meeting is being held at Prime Minister’s official residence. 
 
Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has called the all-party meeting with intent to hold discussions on contemporary political issues and to settle the pressing issues though the discussions. 
 
Responding to the recommendation of the Election Commission (EC), the government has fixed the date for the election of national assembly.  
 
This is the first ever all party meeting after the elections of the House of Representatives and Provincial Assemblies.
 
Top leaders of political parties from ruling head Nepali Congress, CPN-UML, CPN (Maoist Centre), Federal Socialist Forum Nepal and Rastriya Janata Party are taking part in the meeting
