New Delhi: In a sign of growing momentum in the printing and packaging industry, the 17th edition of PRINTPACK INDIA 2027 has been fully booked nearly seven months before it opens.
Organisers, the Indian Printing Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers' Association (IPAMA), said they have stopped accepting new applications after all available space at the India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida was taken. The early sell-out highlights strong demand from both Indian and international companies eager to participate in the event.
Scheduled from January 30 to February 3, 2027, the exhibition will bring together more than 600 exhibitors, showcasing the latest technologies, machinery and solutions across a vast 100,000-square-metre area.
For many in the industry, PRINTPACK INDIA is more than just an exhibition—it is a key platform for business, innovation and global networking. The previous edition attracted over 141,000 business visitors from 84 countries, and organisers expect even larger crowds this time, with attendance projected to rise by about 25 percent.
Visitors can expect a wide range of displays covering everything from printing and packaging machinery to digital technologies, flexible packaging, labelling, software and allied services.
IPAMA has also made efforts to ensure broader participation, particularly from smaller businesses, by offering early booking incentives and member discounts. In addition, space has been allocated to 22 industry associations, federations and media partners to strengthen collaboration across the sector.
To enhance the visitor experience, organisers are putting in place international-standard facilities, including free shuttle services from the Botanical Garden Metro Station to the venue.
With strong participation already secured and preparations in full swing, PRINTPACK INDIA 2027 is shaping up to be its biggest and most dynamic edition yet, further cementing India’s position as a growing hub for the global printing and packaging industry.
