Kathmandu, Nepal, November 15, 2021: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has presented its annual report for the fiscal year 2077-78 BS (2020-21) before President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Monday.
CIAA Chief Commissioner Prem Kumar Rai submitted the annual report to the president Bhandari amid a special function organized at the Sital Niwas, the office of the president.
As per the Article 294 of the Constitution, the constitutional bodies including the CIAA have to present their annual reports to the head of state.
