Kathmandu, Nepal, October 25, 2019: Election code of conduct issued by the Election Commission (EC) in view of upcoming by-polls has come into effect from today (Friday).
According to the EC, the election code of conduct will be effective for government, political parties, candidates, civil servants, media and poll observers.
The by-polls have been scheduled for November 30 to fill 52 positions in federal, provincial and local levels including a seat of House of Representative.
