Kathmandu, Nepal, August 8, 2020: Nepal’s coronavirus infection tally has reached to 22,592 after 378 new cases recorded across the country in the past 24 hours.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, among the new recorded infection cases, 62 were from Kathmandu Valley alone.
Likewise, 499 people have been discharged from health facilities across the country in the past 24 hours.
With the new recovery, total number of recoveries reached 16,313. There are 6,206 coronavirus infection cases across the country.
Similarly, death toll due to the infection of coronavirus has reached to 73 after three persons died in the past 24 hours.
