Kathmandu Nepal, August 5, 2021: Nepal records 3007 new cases of coronavirus infection from across the country in the past 24 hours on Thursday. With the addition, total infection tally of the country has advanced to 708079.
Meanwhile, 37 more deaths related to the coronavirus infections have been recorded in the past 24 hours. With the addition, nationwide death tally has advanced to 9994.
Meanwhile, 2012 people, who had infected earlier with the virus, have been discharged after getting recovered in the past 24 hours. With the addition, nationwide recovery tally of the country has advanced to 663663.
There are currently 34422 active cases of coronavirus infection of the country. With the total active cases, only 375 people have been staying in quarantine facilities across the country.
