Biratnagar, Nepal: Chhiring Wangel Ghale, who is known as David Da, one of the main accused in the 33.5 kilograms gold scam, surrendered to Morang district court on Sunday.
Ghale had been on the run though the District Police Office Morang has already registered a case on the charge of gold smuggling against 63 suspects including Ghale.
