Kathmandu, Nepal, December 15, 2022: The Election Commission (EC) has submitted its report with the election results of both the first-past-the-post (FPTP) and proportional representation (PR) electoral systems held on last November 20 to the President Bidya Devi Bhandari amid a function organized at Sheetal Niwas today on Thursday.
As Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Dinesh Kumar Thapaliya submitted the report to the President Bhandari. During the function, president expressed her happiness over the conclusion of the elections to the House of Representatives (HoR) and provincial assemblies. During the function, president Bhandari also thanked other stakeholders concerned including the security agencies for making success the elections.
