Kathmandu, Nepal, July 28, 2020: Former chief of Nepal Army Kul Bahadur Khadka has passed away at the age of 60 on Tuesday evening.
According to the information provided by a family member, Khadka breathed his last while undergoing treatment at Thapathali of Kathmandu based Norvic hospital.
Khadka was admitted at the hospital after he diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. He was battling with the cancer since few months.
Khadka is the former chief of the Nepal Army, who was appointed as chief of NA by then Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal. His appointment was dragged into controversies.
