Pokhara, Nepal, February 20, 2023: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that the increasing trend of migrating intellectual people to foreign countries has emerged as a challenge for the country.
‘Everyone should unite to stop the growing trend of migrating intellectual people to foreign land,’ Prime Minister Dahal said while addressing at the convocation ceremony of Pokhara University held at Lekhnath of Kaski on Monday. ‘All the concerned parties should pay attention to stop the brain drain,’ Dahal said.
During the function, he also vowed to address the problems of the education sector including those related to policy, institutional, structural and operational challenges through the Federal Education Act.
‘The role of the education sector will be foremost in achieving the goals of the government towards social justice, good governance and prosperity.’ Prime Minister Dahal said ‘the government will be able to achieve the goals only through the support and cooperation of all intellectuals in the education sector.’
