Kathmandu, Nepal: The 11th meeting of the Joint Consultation Mechanism (JCM) between Nepal and China kicks off in Kathmandu.
The meeting held after a gap of four years is being focused entire issues of bilateral relations between the two neighboring countries and review the implementation status of bilateral deals reached in the past between the two countries.
In the meeting, foreign secretary Shankar Das Bairagi is leading the Nepali delegation while Chinese Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs, Kong Xuanyou has led the Chinese delegation.
A six-member Chinese delegation led by Xuanyou, who heads the Asia and Consular Affairs Department at the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs had already arrived in Kathmandu.
