Kathmandu, Nepal, August 3, 2021: Nepal records 2448 new cases of coronavirus infections from across the country in the past 24 hours on Tuesday. With the addition nationwide infection tally has advanced to 702097.
Meanwhile, 1994 people, who had infected earlier with the virus, have been discharged after getting recovered in the past 24 hours. With the addition, recovery tally of the country has advanced to 660116.
Likewise, 24 more deaths related to the coronavirus infections have been recorded from across the country in the past 24 hours. With the addition, nationwide death tally ahs advanced to 9922.
There are currently 32059 active cases across the country. Of the total active cases, only 371 infected people have been staying in quarantine facilities.
