Kathmandu, Nepal, November 15, 2021: Nepal recorded 367 new cases of coronavirus infections from across the country in last 24 hours on Monday. With the addition, nationwide infection tally has advanced to 817,333.
Meanwhile, 270 people, who had infected earlier with the virus, have been discharges after getting recovered in the past 24 hours. With the addition, nationwide recovery tally has advanced to 798,544.
Only one fatality related to the coronavirus infection has been recorded in the past 24 hours on Monday. With the addition, death toll related to the coronavirus infections has reached to 11,478.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), a total of 12,402 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours. Of the total tests, 7,554 were PCR tests while 4,848 were antigen tests. Total of 4,514,075 PCR tests have been conducted so far, the MoHP has stated.
There are currently 7,311 active cases across the country. Of the total active cases, only 98 individuals are staying in various quarantine facilities across Nepal.
