Jhapa, Nepal, March 12, 2020: Two Ukrainian nationals have been denied to entry in Nepal while they were detected of suffering with high fever while conducting a medical checkup at Kakarbhitta border on Thursday. 

Since a primary checkup conducted at the border detected of suffering with high fever, they were asked to return back to India, Deputy Superintendent of Jhapa District Police Office Mahendra Kumar Shrestha said.

It is said that Indian side had released the Ukrainian nationals to enter in Nepal claiming that they have no any visible symptoms of coronavirus.

 Nepalese authorities have also tightened the checkup by setting up helpdesk in the bordering points of Nepal to check the spreading fear of coronavirus.
