Kathmandu, Nepal: Ruling head Nepali Congress (NC) and Nepal Democratic Forum led by Bijaya Kumar Gachhadar are going to unite the party amid a function today. 
 
 A special function is organized at prime minister's official residence in Baluwatar to declare unification of two parties. 
 
Gachchhadar had severed his ties with the Nepali Congress before the first Constituent Assembly (CA) election held in April 2008 and joined Madhesi People's Rights Forum (MPRF)-led by Upendra Yadav. 
 
He had formed separate party severing his ties eve with the MRPF. Latter he had included several parties including Janamukti Party (Democratic), Tharuhat Tarai Party, Dalit Janajati Party, Nagarik Party and Shanti Party naming the party as Nepal Democratic Forum. 
 
Long time Nepali Congress leader Gachchhadar would hold the similar position as he had assumed while he was in the Nepali Congress.
