Kathmandu, Nepal, April 2, 2020: The main opposition Nepali Congress (NC) has expressed sorrow over the loss of property due to fire in Phungling of Taplejung district.
Issuing a statement at Saturday NC President Sher Bhadur Deuba expressed sorrow over the tragic fire that had turned seven houses and shops into ashes on late Friday evening.
The NC has also urged the Nepal government to provide ample compensation to the families whose homes and property were gutted in the fire.
