Kathmandu, Nepal, October 14, 2020: The main opposition Nepali Congress (NC) has on Monday staged demonstration against of the government in all 77 districts of the country.
Hundreds of thousands cadres and well-wishers of the Nepali Congress took part in the demonstration to protest the activities of the incumbent government. The demonstrators have chanted slogans against of the government for failing to mention safety of the people, involving in corruption and the partisan interests.
Central leaders of the party have reached in all the districts to address the demonstrations.
Nepali Congress president Sher Bahadur Deuba, spokesperson Bishow Prakash Sharma and other leader address the demonstration in Hetauda, the capital city of Bagmati province.
Likewise, senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel and other central committee members address the assembly organized at Shanti Batika in Kathmandu.
Likewise, Vice-president Bimalendra Nidhi addressed the assembly in Bhaktapur while General Secretary Sashanka Koirala address in Morang.
Joint General Secretaries Dr Prakash Sharan Mahat in Jhapa and Sunil Bahadur Thapa address assembly in Dhankuta while Purna Bahadur Khadka addresses the rally in Sanepa of Lalitpur district.
