Kathmandu, Nepal: Nepali Congress youth leader Gangan Kumar Thapa has raised serious question marks over the performance and intention of the Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa.
Thapa, who is also the Nepali Congress Lawmaker, came down heavily on Home Minister Thapa during the parliamentary meeting on Saturday.
