Kathmandu, Nepal: Nepali leg-spinner Sandeep Lamichhane has been selected to play from Delhi Daredevils, the Delhi based cricket team, to play in the 11th edition of Indian Premier League.
It is said that the Delhi Daredevils has paid 2 million Indian currencies to Lamichhane to play at the match. Lamichhane becomes the first Nepali player of getting chance to participate in the international match with high price.
Lamichhane had come into limelight after his best performance in the ICC U-19 WC in 2016. In the match, he had bagged five wickets, including a hat-trick against Ireland.
