Kathmandu, Nepal, October 19, 2021: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba is going to the United Kingdom (UK) in the third week of November to attend the conference on climate change.
'World leaders' summit' on climate change is going to be held at Glasgow of the UK from October 31 to November 12.
The cabinet meeting held on Monday decided to form a delegation led by the Prime Minister Deuba to attend the World Leaders Summit on Climate Change in Glasgow.
This will be Deuba’s first foreign trip after he appointed as Prime Minister on July 15.
Meanwhile, the cabinet meeting also decided to provide incentive of Rs 500,000 in cash each to the players and Rs 300,000 to the coach of Nepali football team that secured second position in the SAFF Championship football tournament held in the Maldives.
The cabinet meeting also decided to grant public holiday to the Muslim community on the occasion of Mohammed Jayanti (1496) on October 19.
Likewise, the meeting also endorsed the Financial Work Procedure and Fiscal Responsibility (First Regulation), 2078 and decided to send the Minister for Labour, Employment and Social Security to participate in the sixth ministerial-level consultative meeting.
