Kathmandu, Nepal, June 17, 2021: President Bidya Devi Bhandai has consulted with the chief of four security agencies- Nepal Army, Nepal Police, Armed Police Force and National Intelligence Department including Home Minister Khagaraj Adhikari on Friday evening.
Though the exact purpose of the meeting is not revealed yet officially, source claims that Nepal Army Chief Purna Chandra Thapa, Inspector General of Nepal Police Sailendra Thapa Kshetri, Armed Police Chief Sailendra Khanal and National Intelligence Department Chief Ganesh Prasad Adhikari were present at the meeting.
The meeting held at the office of the president was continued about one hour. The meeting called by the president with the chief of the security agencies including the Home Minister Adhikari is taken meaningfully from different sectors.
