Kathmandu, Nepal, March 12, 2021: President Bidya Devi Bhandari is going to visit Bangladesh at the last week of this month. Though the government has not made public officially, Source claims that President Bhandari would leave the country to Bangladesh on March 22.
President is invited in Bangladesh to take part at the birth centenary program of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and the golden jubilee of the country's independence. Bangabandhu is regarded as the founding father of Bangladesh.
It is also said that various south Asian leaders including Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Sri Lankan President Nandasena Gotabaya Rajapaksa, and Maldives President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih are also taking part at the program.
