Kathmandu, Nepal: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has apprised about the government’s foreign policy to all the foreign diplomats available in Kathmandu on Tuesday.
Prime Minister Oli apprised all the ambassadors and officials of international diplomatic missions based in Kathmandu, among other representatives of bilateral development agencies about the future course of the government particularly in the foreign policy.
During hours long brief organized at Prime Minister’s official residence, Baluwatar, Prime Minister Oli informed the diplomats on government’s plans and foreign policy cautioning even them not to breach the diplomatic duties while making comments or report about Nepal.
The meeting is called following the government’s condemnation against the European Union Election Observation Mission’s (EUEOM) recent elections report. As the EUEOM raised questions about the inclusive system in Nepal, it was criticized from different sectors.
