Kathmandu, Nepal, October 20, 2020: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has recommended the President Bidya Devi Bhandari to dissolve the parliament.
Flowing an emergency Cabinet meeting on Sunday morning held at the Prime Minister's Official Residence in Baluwatar, Prime Minister Oli recommend President to dissolve parliament.
