Kathmandu, Nepal, September 28, 2022: Renowned American ski mountaineer Hilaree Nelson, who had gone missing while skiing on Mt Manaslu since last Monday morning has been found dead on Wednesday morning.
Nelson's body was found on the south face of Mt Manaslu. Simirik Air helicopter mobilized for the search operation found her body on the side of Larke Peak.
Her body is being airlifted to Kathmandu to handover to her family members. It is said that her family is coming from the United States to receive her body and to locate the incident site at Mt Manaslu.
