Kathmandu, Nepal: Rastriya Janta Party Nepal (RJPN) has been fractured by dissident group led by its vice-chairman Ashok Kumar Yadav. 

Yadav announced a new party in its establishment day on Thursday naming the new party as Rastriya Janta Party (Loktantrik).

In the new party Yadav is appointed as coordinator while Ritesh Kumar Singh has been appointed as deputy coordinator and Jeevan Shah as General Secretary. 

While announcing the new party, Rastriya Janta Party (Loktantrik) coordinator Yadav claimed that ineffectiveness of the RJPN and its leadership compelled them to split the party.
