Kathmandu, Nepal, May 12, 2020: The ruling head Nepal Communist Party (NCP) has called its most anticipated Standing Committee meeting for Wednesday.
A meeting between the chairman duo Pushpa Kamal Dahal and KP Sharma Oli held on Tuesday at latter’s official resident fixed the date for the standing committee meeting. It is said that the meeting will begin at 11 am at the Dhumbarahi-based party headquarters.
The meeting is taken importantly as it is going to happen at the time when the internal rift of the party has taken a new height. It is said that agendas of the meeting will be fixed by the chairman duo Dahala and Oli by Wednesday.
The Standing committee meeting was scheduled earlier for last Thursday was put off on last Wednesday after Oli expressed his unwillingness to convene the meeting.
